Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4, 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian, social worker and former and JoAnn Cook, who is a weaver and instructor of cooking. Part-Italian, she's also from Italian descent. Cook was just seven years old when she was featured in a news announcement regarding foster care. At age 10 years old, Cook began working as a child printer, appearing in nationwide Target ads and on Milk Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
